Our story

Born from the Blue

It didn't start with a business plan. It started with an undeniable pull to the Red Sea — a shared obsession for the rush of the wind during a kite session, the silent mystery of a sunken wreck, and the absolute freedom of the open water. We spent our time chasing the perfect conditions, seeking out the wild, hidden corners of the ocean where the day boats simply couldn't follow.

Eventually, we realised that the ultimate Red Sea adventure wasn't just about where you went; it was about how you experienced it. We wanted to bring the thrill of an expedition together with the comfort and warmth of a premium liveaboard.

That vision became Iceberg — the boat we operate today. A small, personal boat for up to 8 guests, with three cabins with bunk beds and a suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. The principle remains the same: we go further. We wake up earlier to put you in the water at dawn alongside wild dolphins. We chase the wind between empty islands. And yes, when the sun goes down you can experience the magic of a VIP night dive.

We are a small, family-minded crew, and we treat every safari like you are stepping into our home. From the moment you land in Egypt until the second you fly out, the details are ours to handle. You just need to take a deep breath, and step aboard.

Absolutely. All our trips welcome snorkellers alongside divers. The boat is fully equipped for both, and many of our best moments — swimming with dolphins, watching sunsets from the deck — require no certification at all.
A basic Open Water certification is sufficient for most of our dive sites. Some deeper sites on the 5-day expeditions recommend Advanced OW. Our guides will always tailor dive plans to your level.
All meals and soft drinks aboard, cabin accommodation, dive guiding, tanks and weights, and hotel transfers in Hurghada. Flights, dive equipment rental, and personal items are not included. See each trip page for the full inclusions list.
